We have a defined set of procedures and policies for the technical aspects of our work but we think it is equally important that we have a clear understanding of how we would like our culture to develop.

Collectively we to strive to achieve the principles of this statement, so that our behaviour towards each other, our customers and within the community, is consistent with good practice people policy.

We embrace these behaviours so that we can all enjoy our role within the Company, treat others with respect and receive respect in all of our undertakings.
