Training and Development
We are committed to the continuous training and development of our staff and to this end have a clear statement of our policy on Training, supported by a range of in-company training programmes.
We are committed to:-
1) Providing induction training for new staff and for those transferred to new jobs and departments
2) Ensuring that appropriate training is carried out to enable individuals to reach a satisfactory performance level in their job.
3) Providing training and development for those selected for promotion and or/career development so that they are prepared for their new responsibilities.
4) Providing relevant opportunities for further education to all employees.
5) Encouraging self development amongst staff in order that they may further their skills, knowledge and career aspirations within the Company.
